In a vegan cookbook I was browsing through the was a quick blurb about a book called Laurel’s Kitchen by Laurel Robertson, Carol Flinders and Brian Ruppenthal. So far I am only reading the sample I downloaded on my Kindle but I do like what I’m reading so will probably purchase it.
I need to win the lotto just to support my addiction to books!
On another note, we finally got a day of steady rain yesterday here in the Prescott area. In the evening I walked outside and was blown away by the giant rainbow that arched over my house. This was the first fully complete rainbow I have ever seen. I tried to get a photo but it was so large I couldn’t capture it in one shot on my camera!
Well, guess I better get ready to head to work. Happy Tuesday to everyone!
